Derna University Journal of Medical Sciences (DUJMS) is a peer-reviewed open access journal published in English on behalf of the Derna University – Libya. (More) The journal is dedicated to encourage submissions of the latest high quality achievements of world medicine and all related medical sciences. The journal covers all aspects of medicine and its subspecialties, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, psychiatry, anesthesia, pediatrics, orthopedics, human nutrition, microbiology , pharmaceutical sciences,  pathology, laboratory medicine, medical education, research methodology, forensic medicine, medical ethics, community medicine, public health, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, biophysics , hospital management, medicinal chemistry, medical technology, environmental health, biological sciences, etc. DUJMS provides quick publication of research articles in all areas of medicine and medical sciences in form of original articles, review articles, short communications and case reports. The journal is free of charge for authors. DUJMS takes responsibility to implement a precise peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure high quality scientific efforts. We use authentication process for checking submissions against previous publications and we work with Publons to provide reviewers with credit for their work and to prove the originality of content submitted to our journals.
